Kellogg called upon the resourcefulness of Source Nine to provide them with greater targeting and control over all company e-mails. Combing through Kellogg’s e-mail methodology, Source Nine built a centralized mechanism that gave managers the flexibility to create and send mass mailings, and corporate the power to control access to these very same mailings. The new e-mail management system drastically reduced the workload of consumer affairs through, among other things, automated unsubscribing and customer self-administration.
