To help Kellogg Company employees — manage their flight schedules with ease, Source Nine built a dynamic and user-friendly web-based system. Via the company intranet, employees have the ability to view a calendar to check for flights, as well as carpools. Then they book themselves on the flight or join the carpool of their choice.
Based on their flight status and booking, end users receive reminder e-mails. If they get bumped from a flight, they are notified and linked back to the site for re-booking. With three tiers of security, the system allows employees to manage and access all editing rights themselves, and offers self-administration on every level.
