David Armstrong (1957-2010, CEO and President, Armstrong International) told stories like no other leader; using them to inspire others and help those around him discover something about themselves they would’ve likely missed through standard flow charts or company memos.
To help David’s stories—and his legacy—live on, Source Nine partnered with Armstrong to build greater functionality and interaction into the company’s “Once Upon a Time” Game Show web application. The application, which offers the chance to pocket cash and prizes based on correct responses to questions about popular Armstrong stories, provides “contestants” with a more fast-paced and dynamic game. Regardless of the pot at stake, employees are now sure to always win big.
